Le Rouge

Pierre Weber
A bright, juicy Pinot Noir from the heart of Alsace, crafted by Pierre Weber on clay-limestone slopes that give the fruit real freshness. Think crunchy red cherry, wild strawberry and a touch of spice, with silky tannins that make it easy to love from the very first sip. The grapes are hand-picked, gently de-stemmed and fermented at low temperature to keep all that lovely fruit intact, before a short ageing that preserves its energy. Serve it lightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken or a mushroom tart. Honest, vibrant and beautifully drinkable — you'll want a second bottle.
