Champagne Singularité Pinot Blanc Extra Brut Champagne Marie Demets

Rare and quietly brilliant, this cuvée puts the spotlight on Pinot Blanc, a grape you'll hardly ever meet in Champagne. Grown on the chalky, clay-rich slopes of the Côte des Bar, the vines are tended with real care by a small family house that believes in letting the fruit speak. The 2018 harvest brings ripeness and energy in equal measure, while the extra brut dosage keeps everything taut and fresh. Expect white peach, pear and a whisper of brioche, with a chalky, mouth-watering finish. Pour it with seafood, soft cheeses, or simply when you fancy something a little different.
