VDF En Abondance Martin Lapalus

A bright, easy-going white from the northern Rhône, made by Martin Lapalus, a young grower working small plots with real care and a light touch in the cellar. Grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed and fermented with wild yeasts, with minimal sulphur, so everything tastes fresh and honest. Expect crisp orchard fruit, white peach and citrus zest, a gentle floral lift and a clean, mouth-watering finish. Serve it well chilled with goat's cheese, grilled fish, summer salads or simply on its own with friends. Drinking beautifully now, it's the kind of bottle that disappears faster than you planned. A lovely everyday treat.
