VDF Amuse Rouge Martin Lapalus

A playful, thirst-quenching red from the northern Rhône, crafted by Martin Lapalus, a young grower working his vines with real care and a light touch in the cellar. Gamay-driven and bursting with crunchy red fruit — think wild strawberry, raspberry and a hint of peppery spice — it's vinified with whole bunches, minimal sulphur and no fuss, letting the granite soils do the talking. Silky, low in tannin and wonderfully juicy, it's the kind of bottle you open without an occasion. Serve it lightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken or simply with friends. Honest, natural and seriously easy to love.
