VDF Chagapigris Garoupigue Les Souriants & Cyril Alonso

A playful natural cuvée born in the Beaujolais hills, crafted by the Souriants crew alongside winemaker Cyril Alonso, a familiar face of the region's free-spirited scene. The old vines grow on granite and sandy soils, worked with care and picked by hand. Fermentation happens with wild yeasts, no fuss, no additives, just a whisper of sulphur if needed. What you get is bright, juicy and wonderfully drinkable: crunchy red fruit, a hint of pepper, silky tannins and a fresh finish. Serve it lightly chilled with charcuterie, grilled veg or simply good company. Honest, joyful wine that never takes itself too seriously.
