Terres Blanches BdB Brut Nature

Champagne Bergère
# Terres Blanches BdB Brut Nature – Champagne Bergère Imagine a champagne stripped back to its purest form: no added sugar, nothing to hide behind. That's exactly what you get here. Grown on the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs, this 100% Chardonnay cuvée comes from a family-run house in Vertus that's been quietly perfecting its craft for generations. The vines dig deep into white limestone, giving the wine its razor-sharp minerality and bright citrus lift. Expect lemon zest, white flowers and a hint of toasted brioche, all wrapped in fine, persistent bubbles. Serve it chilled with oysters, sushi or simply on its own. Crisp, honest and seriously moreish.
