grand Cru Extra Brut

Champagne Bergère
Fancy a champagne that feels both generous and razor-sharp? This grand cru cuvée comes from a family house in the heart of the Marne, where chalky soils give the grapes their lovely tension and mineral bite. The vines are tended with real care, parcel by parcel, and the fruit is pressed gently to keep everything fresh and precise. Long ageing on the lees brings fine bubbles, a creamy texture and notes of citrus, white flowers and toasted brioche. With barely any dosage, the finish stays clean, dry and moreish. Perfect as an aperitif, or with oysters, sushi and seafood platters.
