Saint Romain

Fabien Coche
Tucked into the high, cool hills above Meursault, this white comes from a family domaine in Meursault where Fabien Coche works his vines with real care, picking by hand and keeping yields low. The 2021 vintage, small but beautifully fresh, gives you bright citrus, white flowers and a hint of hazelnut, with that chalky, mineral bite the limestone slopes are known for. Fermented and aged in oak barrels, only a touch new, it stays lively rather than heavy. Pour it with roast chicken, creamy risotto or a plate of goat's cheese, and you'll see why Burgundy lovers keep coming back.
