Rosé Millésimé

Charles Heidsieck
A rare rosé from one of Reims' most respected houses, born in a standout year. Charles Heidsieck draws on top Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, blending Pinot Noir's depth with Chardonnay's finesse, then adds a touch of still red wine for that glowing copper-pink hue. Long ageing in the house's ancient chalk cellars gives it remarkable poise: think wild strawberry, blood orange, toasted brioche and a hint of spice, carried by fine, creamy bubbles. It's generous yet beautifully precise, with a long, savoury finish. Pair it with lobster, duck or simply pour it for someone you want to impress.
