Harmonie Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

Champagne Marie Demets
Crafted by a family-run house in the Côte des Bar, this 100% Chardonnay cuvée shows just how elegant the southern Champagne vineyards can be. The chalky, clay-rich slopes give the grapes real depth, while careful hand-harvesting and a gentle press keep everything pure and precise. Aged patiently on its lees, it develops fine bubbles, a creamy texture and lovely notes of citrus, white flowers and toasted brioche. With barely any dosage, the finish stays crisp, mineral and beautifully dry. Perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, grilled fish or simply when you fancy something special. A seriously refined glass at a very fair price.
