Grand Siècle - N°26 (nue)

Champagne Laurent Perrier
# Grand Siècle Itération N°26 — Laurent-Perrier Imagine blending three outstanding vintages into one bottle, simply because a single harvest rarely says everything. That's the idea here, and it works beautifully. Grapes come exclusively from Grands Crus — around 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir — picked across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, then aged patiently in the cellars for well over a decade. Expect a nose of ripe citrus, toasted brioche and candied fruit, with a chalky freshness that keeps everything lively. The bubbles are fine, almost silky. Pour it with scallops, lobster or simply on its own — it needs no excuse.
