Cuvée Métisse Brut Nature

Champagne Olivier Horiot
Crafted in Les Riceys, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, this bubbly comes from a grower who farms his vines biodynamically and lets each parcel speak for itself. Pinot Noir leads the blend, joined by a touch of rarer varieties, all grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils that give real mineral tension. Fermentation happens naturally with indigenous yeasts, and no dosage is added, so what you taste is pure fruit and chalky freshness. Expect red berries, citrus zest and a saline finish that keeps you coming back. Brilliant with oysters, roast poultry or simply poured among friends.
