Chorey-les-Beaune Champs Longs

Maison Chanterêves
A red Burgundy with real charm, crafted by Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, the duo behind one of the Côte d'Or's most exciting small domaines. Their approach is gentle: careful farming, whole-bunch fermentation where the fruit allows, native yeasts and a light touch with oak, so the vineyard does the talking. Here you'll find bright red cherry and wild strawberry, a hint of rose petal and crushed stone, all wrapped in silky, fine-grained tannins. The 2023 vintage brings freshness and lift, making it lovely now with roast chicken or charcuterie, yet happy to rest a few more years.
