Champagne Les Pièces V22

Champagne JM Gandon
A single-plot champagne born in 2022, crafted by a small family house that works its vines with real care. The parcel gives fruit with depth: ripe orchard notes, a touch of citrus zest and a gentle pastry warmth from patient ageing on lees. The bubbles are fine and lively, carrying a chalky freshness that keeps everything bright and moreish. Low-intervention winemaking lets the terroir speak, with precision rather than heaviness. Pour it as an aperitif, or treat it like a white wine with seafood, roast poultry or a creamy cheese. A characterful bottle you'll want to share — or quietly keep.
