Expect ripe orchard fruit, a touch of brioche from patient ageing on lees, and a fine, persistent mousse that keeps everything lively. The winemaking stays gentle and precise, letting the terroir speak rather than the cellar. Pour it as an aperitif, or bring it to the table with roast poultry or soft cheeses. Genuinely lovely stuff.
