Brut Utltradition

Champagne Laherte Frères
A family-run estate in Chavot, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where seven generations have tended the vines with real care. You'll find a blend dominated by Pinot Meunier, grown on chalky, clay-rich slopes and farmed organically and biodynamically. Old vines, hand-picked grapes, fermentation partly in oak barrels and a generous proportion of reserve wines give this fizz its depth and character. Expect ripe orchard fruit, brioche and a touch of citrus zest, carried by a fine, persistent mousse. Lovely as an aperitif, but it also stands up beautifully to roast chicken, soft cheeses or seafood. A brilliant everyday Champagne with genuine soul.
