Banibano

Jean Touitou
A Tunisian white with real personality, crafted by Jean Touitou, the APC founder turned winemaker who swapped fashion for vines. Grown under the North African sun, where sea breezes cool the slopes and keep the grapes fresh, this bottle captures everything you love about Mediterranean whites: bright citrus, a touch of stone fruit and a saline finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Gentle vinification, minimal fuss, nothing overworked — just honest juice that tastes of its place. Pour it chilled alongside grilled fish, a mezze spread or simply on its own. You'll want a second bottle.
