Ban-Ban

Jean Touitou
# A Playful Red with Serious Roots Jean Touitou — yes, the founder of A.P.C. — swapped fashion for vines and the result is pure joy in a glass. This 2025 red is everything you want on a warm evening: bright, juicy and refreshingly unpretentious. The grapes come from carefully tended plots where low yields and hand-picking are the rule. Vinification stays gentle, with minimal intervention, letting crunchy red fruit and a whisper of spice shine through without heavy oak getting in the way. Serve it slightly chilled with charcuterie, grilled vegetables or simply with friends. Easy-going, honest and genuinely delicious — you'll reach for a second glass.
