Ban-Ban Magnum

Jean Touitou
A Tunisian red with real character, crafted by Jean Touitou — the APC founder turned winemaker, who brings the same sharp eye for detail to the vineyard as he does to design. Grown under the generous North African sun, the vines dig deep into sandy, sun-baked soils, giving fruit that's ripe yet refreshingly bright. Gentle vinification keeps things honest: juicy red berries, a whisper of spice and soft, easy tannins. In magnum, it ages a touch slower and pours beautifully for a crowd. Open it with grilled lamb, spiced couscous or simply good company — you'll want a second bottle.
