VDF Chenin Faisant

Thierry Beclair
A Loire white that wins you over from the first sip. Thierry Beclair works his vines with real care, letting the chenin blanc express the clay and limestone soils of the region without any fuss. Hand-picked grapes, gentle pressing and a slow fermentation give you a wine that's bright, fresh and full of character. Expect ripe pear, quince and a touch of honey, carried by that lively acidity chenin does so well. Pour it with goat's cheese, roast chicken or grilled fish, or simply enjoy a glass on its own. Honest, low-intervention winemaking from a grower who clearly loves what he does.
