Pouilly Fuissé

Maison Valette
Tucked into the sun-soaked slopes of southern Burgundy, this Chardonnay comes from a family estate known for its patient, hands-off approach. The vines dig deep into limestone-rich soils, giving fruit real character and a lovely mineral backbone. Grapes are picked by hand, pressed gently and left to ferment with native yeasts before a long, slow ageing that builds texture without masking the terroir. In the glass, you'll find ripe white peach, hazelnut and a touch of honeyed citrus, wrapped in a creamy yet fresh finish. Pour it alongside roast chicken, grilled fish or a plate of soft cheeses — you won't regret it.
