Obeideh Skin Contact

Sept
Born in the high-altitude vineyards of Mount Lebanon, this skin-contact white comes from Maher Harb's tiny, organically farmed estate, where everything is done by hand and nothing is added in the cellar. The grape is Obeideh, an indigenous Lebanese variety grown on limestone slopes at over 1,300 metres, where cool nights keep the freshness intact. Fermented with wild yeasts and left on its skins, then aged without filtration or sulphur additions, it offers dried apricot, orange peel, chamomile and a gentle, grippy texture. Pour it with grilled lamb, mezze, aged cheeses or spiced vegetable dishes — it's a conversation starter.
