Mâcon-Bray La Montagne

Boisson Frère et Soeur
A family affair in the heart of the Mâconnais, where brother and sister work their Chardonnay vines with real care. This 2020 comes from a hillside plot of clay and limestone, giving the wine its lovely tension and depth. Expect ripe citrus, white peach and a touch of hazelnut, with a gentle creamy note from ageing on fine lees. The finish is fresh, mineral and beautifully clean — exactly what you want from a good white Burgundy. Pour it with grilled fish, creamy chicken dishes or a plate of goat's cheese. Honest, well-made and seriously easy to love.
