Les Crayères Grand Cru BdB Brut Nature

Champagne Vauversin
Born from a single plot of old Chardonnay vines rooted in the chalky soils of Oger, this Blanc de Blancs shows what a family grower can do when they trust their terroir. The Vauversin family has been tending these Grand Cru parcels for generations, and it shows: low yields, careful hand-picking and a long rest on lees give real depth. No dosage, so nothing hides — just pure citrus zest, white flowers, crushed chalk and a saline finish that keeps you coming back. Precise, bone-dry and wonderfully fresh, it's the kind of fizz you'll want with oysters or simply on its own.
