Grande Réserve Brut Blanc de Blancs

Champagne Pierre Peters
Straight from the heart of the Côte des Blancs, this is pure Chardonnay grown on the chalky Grand Cru soils of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant. The Peters family has been tending these vines since 1858, and you can taste that experience in every glass. A generous reserve wine solera, patiently built over decades, gives the blend its depth and silky texture, while the chalk brings that unmistakable citrus-and-saline lift. Expect lemon zest, white flowers, almond and a fine, persistent mousse. Serve it chilled as an aperitif, or alongside oysters, sushi and fresh goat's cheese. Effortlessly elegant, seriously moreish.
