Maceration: None, direct gentle pressing of whole white grapes with no skin contact

Colour: Bright pale gold with green highlights, fine and persistent stream of tiny bubbles

Bouquet: Expressive and refined, white flowers and acacia, citrus zest, white peach, hints of fresh almond, brioche, honey and light toasted notes

Palate: Delicate creamy mousse, taut chalky freshness, flavours of lemon, grapefruit, pear and pastry, silky mid-palate with a long saline and mineral finish
