Champagne Meunier D´Ailleurs

Maison Raday
Crafted by a small grower-driven house with a real soft spot for Meunier, this cuvée puts the often-overlooked grape centre stage. Grown on clay-rich slopes where it ripens beautifully, the fruit is hand-picked and gently pressed, then vinified to keep every bit of its generous, fleshy character. Expect ripe orchard fruit, a touch of brioche and red berry freshness, all carried by a fine, persistent bead. It's rounded and welcoming rather than austere — the kind of fizz that works just as well with roast chicken as it does on its own. Serve chilled and share with people you like.
