Bourgogne Aligoté Anne Boisson

Crafted in Meursault by a winemaker who works her small plots with real care, this white comes from old vines rooted in the limestone-rich soils of the Côte de Beaune. Hand-harvested fruit, gentle pressing and ageing in oak barrels give it a depth you rarely find in this appellation. Expect bright citrus, white flowers and a touch of hazelnut, carried by a lively freshness and a surprisingly creamy texture. Vintage 2019 brought ripeness and balance in equal measure. Lovely with oysters, goat's cheese or simply on its own as an aperitif. A quietly brilliant bottle that over-delivers every time.
