Birdie Shiso

Distillerie Birdie
Crafted in small batches by a passionate independent distillery, this gin puts shiso leaf centre stage — that fragrant Japanese herb somewhere between mint, basil and citrus zest. You'll notice it straight away: bright, green and beautifully aromatic, lifted by juniper and a gentle peppery warmth on the finish. The botanicals are carefully macerated and distilled slowly in copper, keeping every delicate note intact rather than drowning it in alcohol. Pour it over ice with a quality tonic and a shiso leaf, or let it shine in a crisp Martini. Elegant, original and seriously easy to love — one you'll keep coming back to.
