WHAT TIME IS TOO LATE TO GO TO BED Wein Goutte !

A playful little Franconian gem from a grower who does things his own way. Born on the limestone and gypsum-marl soils of Franken, where the vines dig deep and the wines pick up that unmistakable chalky tension. Hand-picked fruit, gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and barely any intervention in the cellar — just time, patience and a light touch. Expect bright citrus, orchard fruit and a salty, mineral finish that keeps you coming back for another glass. Low sulphur, plenty of energy, seriously drinkable. Perfect for late nights that run longer than planned, shared with people you like.
