Du bist Du - Schwarzriesling trocken Wein Goutte !

A Franconian gem from Wein Goutte, this dry Schwarzriesling (Pinot Meunier) shows just how charming this often-overlooked grape can be. Grown on Franconia's mineral-rich soils, the vines soak up plenty of sunshine, giving fruit that's ripe yet beautifully fresh. Gentle pressing and careful vinification keep things bright and honest, with no heavy oak to mask the character. Expect soft red berries, a touch of cherry and a smooth, easy-going finish that stays properly dry. Great with roast chicken, charcuterie or a relaxed evening with friends. If you fancy trying something a little different, this one won't let you down.
