Lune Juice Subject To Change

A juicy, joyful red from a small Californian outfit farming with organic growers across the North Coast, letting each parcel speak for itself. Old-vine Carignan and friends are picked early to keep the crunch, fermented with wild yeasts using whole clusters, then aged briefly in neutral barrels — no fining, no filtering, barely a whisper of sulphur. Expect wild strawberry, pomegranate and crushed herbs, with a lick of black pepper and a bright, mouthwatering finish. Chill it down for half an hour and pour it with roast chicken, charcuterie or a pizza on the sofa. Honest, natural and seriously drinkable.
