Andreis Vinas Mora

A characterful red from Spain's Bierzo-inspired school of old-vine winemaking, crafted by a small family estate with a real respect for the land. The fruit comes from mature vineyards rooted in slate and clay soils, where cool nights preserve freshness and low yields concentrate flavour. Hand-harvested grapes are gently fermented and aged to build depth without masking the vineyard's voice. Expect dark berries, wild herbs and a subtle smoky, mineral edge, with fine-grained tannins and a long, savoury finish. Pair it with grilled lamb, slow-cooked stews or a board of aged cheeses. The 2021 vintage drinks beautifully now and will reward patience.
