IGP Méditerranée Syrah Les Collines de Laure Domaine Jean-Luc Colombo

A juicy southern Syrah crafted by one of the Rhône's most inventive families, known for their work in Cornas and their love of sun-drenched hillsides. The grapes come from vines rooted in stony, clay-limestone soils, cooled by the mistral, which keeps the fruit fresh and lively. Fermentation is gentle, with just enough time on skins to draw out colour and silky tannins, then ageing in vat to preserve pure fruit character. Expect blackberry, violet and a whisper of cracked pepper, with a smooth, easy finish. Serve lightly chilled with grilled lamb, ratatouille or a simple charcuterie board. Great value, ready to enjoy now.
