L'Allumée 2019 - Advinam

Appellation: Vin de France

Producer: Advinam

Vintage: 2019

Grape varieties: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sémillon (exact proportion not disclosed)

Viticulture: Certified organic and biodynamic practices. Manual harvest with strict selection of bunches in the vineyard.

Vinification: Grapes are vinified naturally with indigenous yeasts. Red and white varieties are co-fermented in order to enhance aromatic complexity and freshness. Minimal intervention throughout fermentation. No fining or filtration before bottling. Sulphur-free production.

Aging: Aged in neutral containers to preserve fruit purity, for several months before bottling.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby colour with slight golden reflections from the inclusion of Sémillon. The nose reveals red and black fruits such as blackberry, black cherry and plum, combined with floral hints and a delicate herbal edge. The palate is vibrant and medium-bodied, showing a fine balance between ripe fruit, fresh acidity, and subtle tannins. The Sémillon brings texture and a gentle roundness, while Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon contribute structure and depth.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C

Food pairing: Ideal with grilled poultry, charcuterie, roasted vegetables or soft cheeses.

Alcohol content: Approx. 12-13% vol

Aging potential: Can be enjoyed young for its freshness but will develop further complexity over 3 to 5 years.
