🍏 Cider – Autonomia 2023/2024 

Spontaneously fermented cider made from untreated Belgian apples from old high-stem trees. Aged in oak, it was infused with angelica, citrus peel, wormwood, and a red wine made from our Léon Millot and Pinotin grapes.
